About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing for Corporate Events, Exhibitions, Mall Activations, Sales Promotions, Brand Launches, Retail Displays, and Event Management Projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative 3D concepts for exhibition stalls, corporate events, mall activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop high-quality 3D renders and presentation visuals for client pitches and proposals.
- Interpret client briefs and convert brand requirements into impactful spatial designs.
- Prepare production-ready drawings and coordinate with fabrication and execution teams.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project objectives.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Exhibition Stall Design, Event Design, or a related industry.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and CorelDRAW.
Strong understanding of exhibition stall fabrication, production processes, and on-site execution.
Excellent 3D visualization, conceptualization, and creative design skills.
Ability to develop innovative concepts aligned with client branding guidelines.
Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience with an exhibition stall design company or event management agency.
- Knowledge of branding, space planning, retail/display design, and material specifications.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and fabrication teams.
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
