Architect / Design Coordinator – High-Rise & Large-Scale Projects
Location: Bangalore (Applicants should be currently based in Bangalore)

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Architect with 3+ years of experience in high-rise and large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, eager to grow into leadership responsibilities, and capable of contributing across multiple project stages.
You will work closely with senior design leaders and project teams to develop innovative, functional, and technically sound architectural solutions—from concept to execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development & Coordination
- Contribute to architectural design for high-rise and large-scale projects.
- Assist in developing creative, practical, and sustainable design solutions.
- Support design development across concept, schematic, and detailed stages.
Project Execution
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and timely delivery of design packages.
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and standards.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support senior architects in design reviews and coordination efforts.
- Contribute to a collaborative and learning-driven team environment.
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for design implementation.
- Assist in addressing project-related queries and clarifications.
Technical & Documentation Skills
- Develop high-quality architectural drawings and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all deliverables.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
Quality & Learning
- Follow design standards and contribute to maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Support sustainable and efficient design practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in high-rise or large-scale residential/mixed-use projects.
- Background in the architectural construction industry (non-IT).
- Strong design sensibility with good technical understanding.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (Proficient – preferred).
- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray (added advantage).
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Exposure to sustainable design practices is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Required
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) – Added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
