- Lead copy development for integrated campaigns across digital, social, film, print, activations, CRM, and emerging platforms.
- Partner closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Account teams to develop innovative campaign concepts.
- Drive creative excellence and ensure all work aligns with brand strategy and objectives.
- Present creative concepts and campaign narratives confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor and guide copywriters and junior creative team members.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across channels.
- Translate consumer insights and cultural trends into compelling creative ideas.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to pitches, new business opportunities, and agency thought leadership.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per year
