Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and professionally presented Patient Counselor to join our healthcare team. The Patient Counselor will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, providing treatment and financial counseling, coordinating patient care, and ensuring a positive patient experience from the initial enquiry through treatment completion.
Eligibility
- Age: 25–40 years
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in hospitals, IVF clinics, wellness centers, or healthcare counseling is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all patient enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Counsel patients regarding available treatments, procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes.
- Provide financial counseling by explaining treatment packages, costs, payment options, insurance (if applicable), and financing plans.
- Convert enquiries into consultations and treatment registrations through effective counseling and regular follow-up.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations, admissions, and treatment schedules with doctors and clinical staff.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families by providing timely guidance and support throughout the treatment journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records, enquiry logs, and follow-up reports in the CRM/Hospital Management System.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Work closely with the marketing and front office teams to ensure prompt response to all enquiries.
- Meet monthly enquiry conversion, revenue, and patient satisfaction targets while maintaining ethical counseling practices.
