We are looking for a Production Engineer with strong experience in Husky Injection Molding Machines for our Jalgaon plant. The ideal candidate should have a background in the plastic processing industry and be capable of independently handling machine operations, process optimization, and shift production targets.
- Operate and monitor Husky injection molding machines (HyPET / HPP / HPP5).
- Set, adjust, and optimize process parameters to meet quality and production targets.
- Perform mold changeovers, startup checks, and machine readiness activities.
- Ensure production output as per shift targets with minimal rejections and downtime.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and coordinate with maintenance for machine concerns.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, GMP, safety, and 5S practices.
- Prepare shift production reports, material consumption records, and downtime logs.
- Support training and supervision of machine operators.
- Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the production floor.
- Hands-on experience with Husky injection molding machines
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and plastic materials
- Good understanding of mold operations and Husky hot runner systems
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle production independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
