Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain products and services to customers and resolve their queries.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards during customer interactions.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
