About Us: Retro Wovens Pvt Ltd specializes in transforming the textile manufacturing industry. We provide cutting-edge mechatronics, smart automation, and retrofitting solutions for industrial machinery. We are looking for hands-on, energetic technicians to join our core execution team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing & Assembly: Perform fabrication and mechanical fitting, electrical wiring, and assembly of automation panels and mechatronic components at our production facility.
- Field Erection & Installation: Travel to client factory sites (textile mills) for the physical installation, alignment, and retrofitting of machinery.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist senior engineers in I/O testing, sensor calibration, and initial trial runs of upgraded machinery.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to industrial safety standards and use PPE during factory floor operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Mechatronics) OR Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply (will undergo intensive on-the-job training). Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in industrial machinery assembly, panel wiring, or textile machinery maintenance will be given preference.
- Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and multimeters.
- Other: Must be willing to travel for field erection work. Two-wheeler license preferred.
