- Post job openings on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and company websites.
- Use networking, referrals, and recruitment databases to actively source candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including skills tests or personality assessments, as necessary.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, job descriptions, and the ideal candidate profile.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and candidate evaluations.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and optimizing them to attract the right candidates.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to final offer or rejection.
- Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage candidate expectations regarding salary, benefits, and company policies.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure all parties involved are well-prepared.
- Provide necessary pre-interview information to candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview feedback forms and summarize results for the hiring managers.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits when required.
- Provide candidates with a clear understanding of their role, compensation, and benefits package.
- Ensure smooth transition of candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, resumes, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status.
- Provide regular updates to HR and hiring managers regarding recruitment progress.
- Promote the company as an attractive place to work through social media, networking, and positive candidate interactions.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking events.
- Assist with new employee onboarding by ensuring that all hiring paperwork is completed.
- Support HR in preparing new hire documentation and conducting initial employee orientations.
