Job Description – ASM (Rajasthan)

Reporting Location: Noida Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh
Position Type: Full Time
Compensation: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Sales Target: ₹12.5 Lakh to ₹15 Lakh per Month
Role Summary
Techno Music India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ASM to drive dealer acquisition, business development, and sales growth for our range of musical instruments and audio products across Rajasthan. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the dealer network, increasing product visibility, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, visit, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners across Rajasthan.
- Promote and sell Techno Music's product portfolio, including guitars, keyboards, audio equipment, and accessories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with music stores, educational institutions, academies, and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for dealers and customers.
- Collect orders and coordinate with the central team for timely processing and fulfillment.
- Ensure proper product placement, branding, and visibility at dealer outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
- Submit weekly sales reports, visit reports, and lead updates to the reporting manager.
- Travel extensively within Rajasthan to generate business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- MBA in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA candidates will be given preference).
- Age: Above 30 years preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales, dealer development, or channel sales.
- Experience in Product Sales, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Retail Distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone; laptop preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English communication.
