Sigzen Technologies —a certified ERPNext & Frappe partner in Ahmedabad — is hiring an early-career developer to build real features on live client projects, with senior developers reviewing your work and coaching you. Full-time, real work, AI-native from day one —recent graduates and early-career devs welcome.
What you’ll do
- Build custom Frappe/ERPNext features under senior guidance — DocTypes, server/client scripts, reports, small integrations.
- Take well-scoped tasks from spec to working, tested code, and grow toward owning small modules.
- Fix bugs and support tickets; write clean custom-app code (no core edits); learn disciplined git and migrations.
- Take part in code review as a reviewee and apply feedback fast.
- Use AI-native workflows (agentic coding, Claude Code, MCP-connected ERPNext) to build and learn faster.
What you bring
- 0–2 years experience, or a strong internship/project background — Frappe or comparable web development.
- Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript; familiarity with Frappe/ERPNext basics, or the ability to pick them up fast.
- Evidence you can ship — an internship, project, coursework, or GitHub work.
- Willingness to be reviewed and coached, and genuine hunger to improve.
- You already use AI tools in your workflow, or you’re eager to.
Bonus points
- Direct Frappe/ERPNext experience — internship, certification, or projects (a plus, not required).
- Open-source contributions, a portfolio, or basic SQL/report literacy.
