We are looking for an energetic and motivated Telecaller who can effectively communicate with prospective students, generate admissions, and contribute to the academy's growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Contact prospective students and parents to explain our courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Generate new leads through calling, referrals, and other available sources.
- Follow up with interested prospects until the admission process is completed.
- Invite students and parents to visit the academy for counselling and course discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally while providing suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and academic teams for a smooth admission process.
- Respond to inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and website forms.
- Ensure timely follow-up with every lead to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Perform additional administrative and telecalling tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
- English communication will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convert leads into admissions.
- Confident in handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, and Internet browsing.
- Ability to maintain call records and follow-up data.
- Target-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
