We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to drive real estate sales through direct client interactions, field visits, and relationship building. The role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, explaining project details, and closing sales deals for plots/properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct site visits with potential buyers and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to support business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Assist customers with documentation related to booking, registration, and payments.
- Stay updated on competitors’ projects, market trends, and real estate regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- 1 years of field sales experience.
- Prior exposure to land/plot sales or residential/commercial property sales.
- Local market knowledge and strong client network.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
