We are looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily manufacturing operations, supervise the workforce, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and support smooth day-to-day plant activities.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Engineering graduates are preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or construction environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate production activities and solve on-site issues.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and site floor activities.
- Monitor workforce attendance and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain product quality and follow company standards.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams.
- Ensure workplace safety and discipline.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

- SMT Bricks and Blocks – Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
- SMT Flyash Bricks – Perundurai, Tamil Nadu
Note
- Candidates from Tiruppur and nearby surrounding areas will be considered for the Tiruppur unit.
- Candidates from Perundurai and nearby surrounding areas will be considered for the Perundurai unit.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
