The Auto Pouch Filling & Sealing Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automatic pouch filling and sealing machines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The operator must ensure accurate filling, proper sealing, minimal wastage, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the automatic pouch filling and sealing machine.
- Ensure correct product, pouch size, and batch details before starting production.
- Adjust machine settings according to product specifications.
- Monitor filling weight/volume and sealing quality throughout production.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure leak-proof and properly sealed pouches.
- Replace film rolls and other consumables as required.
- Minimize product and packaging material wastage.
- Clean the machine before and after production as per SOP.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and lubrication.
- Identify and resolve minor machine issues; report major breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Record daily production, downtime, rejection, and material consumption.
- Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Ensure proper labeling, batch coding, and packaging quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).
Pay: ₹8,566.96 - ₹30,079.41 per month
