Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Website Designer & Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites that deliver an excellent user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in web design, front-end and back-end development, website performance optimization, and responsive design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and interfaces.
- Develop responsive websites compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other web technologies.
- Ensure website functionality, speed, security, and SEO optimization.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, payment gateways, and CRM systems when required.
- Test websites across browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance problems.
- Update website content, images, and features regularly.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to improve website performance and user engagement.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on user behavior.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in website design and development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, React, or other modern web frameworks is an advantage.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with website hosting, domain management, and website security.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing e-commerce websites.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating APIs and automation tools.
- Understanding of AI-powered website tools and web accessibility standards.

Pay: ₹9,925.30 - ₹38,005.76 per month
