- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Maintain visitor records and office registers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and documents.
- Coordinate with the sales, visa, and operations teams to ensure smooth client service.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and document management.
- Respond to general client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Support day-to-day office operations as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
