Job Purpose
Support global bidding and design initiatives by developing innovative workspace solutions, accurate specifications, and compelling tender responses. Collaborate with global account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution that enhances customer satisfaction and business performance.

Bidding and Tender Support
Partner with global account managers to understand tender requirements and prepare high-quality responses.
Develop design and specification work including product configurations, space planning, and layout drawings.
Perform margin checks and ensure technical specifications meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with manufacturing units and external suppliers to obtain pricing and lead time information.
Consolidate and verify tender documents for accurate and timely submission.
Support electronic bidding and digital tender processes.
Design and Collaboration
Create presentation materials using tools such as PowerPoint and design software for client proposals.
Develop mood boards and mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, finance, and visualization teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Maintain organized records of drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Prepare project case studies to showcase successful outcomes and best practices.
Project and Client Support
Ensure all drawings, quotations, and submissions are accurate and delivered within deadlines.
Act as a point of coordination between teams to clarify scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Support sales presentations and contribute to strengthening the overall value proposition.
Your Qualifications
Fresher to Minimum 1 years of experience in design, specification, or bid support roles.
Strong knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, PCON, Adobe Suite, Project Matrix, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in execution.
Good communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Strong creative thinking with an eye for design and precision.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Travel Requirements
Limited travel may be required based on project and client needs.
