Job Responsibilities: Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex, frequently changing calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD, internal staff Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and draft correspondence Meeting Coordination: Organize board meetings, take minutes (MoM), and track action items for follow-up Administrative Support: Manage expenses, process bills, handle confidential documents, and oversee special projects
Required Skills: Must have advanced knowledge of MS excel, and basic knowledge of MS word & powerpoint. Must be tech savvy & have good overall computer skills Must be able to communicate in English & hindi and have excellent written & verbal communication skills Should have basic skills of using Artificial intelligence or must be willing to learn Artificial intelligence. Must have Exceptional time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
