Job Title: Dosa Master

Job Type: Shift-Based / Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Bonus: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 based on performance. Bonus will be provided only after completing 1 year of work.
Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing dosa varieties (plain dosa, masala dosa, ghee dosa, etc.)
- Preparing and maintaining batter quality
- Maintaining taste and consistency
- Ensuring fast and timely service during busy hours
- Keeping cooking area clean and hygienic
- Supporting other kitchen work when required
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Dosa Master
- Must have strong skills in dosa preparation and tawa handling
- Must know how to prepare dosa using a firewood stove
- Male/Female can apply
- Must be hardworking and responsible
- Should be able to handle rush and pressure
- Must be willing to work for at least 1 year
- Candidates from outside Villupuram must be willing to relocate/stay in Villupuram for the job.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
