Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and expand the market for Kamdhenu NxT and Kay2 Xenox TMT bars across various districts of Chhattisgarh. The candidate should have hands-on experience in TMT/bar steel sales and possess strong knowledge of market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network
- Promote and sell Kamdhenu TMT bars to retailers, contractors, and builders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with engineers, architects, and construction companies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding management
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in TMT/steel sales
- Strong knowledge of TMT bars, construction materials, and local market
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
