Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can take ownership of our technology vision and engineering roadmap while helping us build a world-class global SaaS product.
This role requires someone who can think beyond coding — someone who can architect scalable systems, lead product engineering, make critical technology decisions, and build infrastructure capable of supporting customers across global markets.
You will work directly with leadership and play a critical role in defining the future of Fabriplay’s technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Architecture & System Design
- Architect scalable and secure SaaS infrastructure built for global scale
- Design backend systems, APIs, database architecture, and integrations
- Build multi-tenant architecture capable of supporting thousands of businesses
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security
2. End-to-End Product Development
- Lead full product development lifecycle from architecture to deployment
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build and ship product features with strong focus on speed and quality
- Continuously improve product performance and user experience
3. Engineering Leadership
- Own engineering decisions and long-term product architecture
- Define development workflows, coding standards, and engineering best practices
- Mentor and guide engineering team members as the company scales
- Participate in technical hiring and team-building initiatives
4. Infrastructure & DevOps
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Build CI/CD systems and engineering automation workflows
- Ensure platform uptime, monitoring, reliability, and security
- Optimize infrastructure architecture and cloud costs as scale increases
Technical Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Full Stack Product Development
- Backend expertise in Java
- Frontend expertise in React.js
- Strong understanding of System Design & Scalable Architecture
- Experience working with PostgreSQL
- Hands-on expertise in AWS / Cloud Infrastructure
- API architecture and third-party integrations
- Experience building and scaling SaaS products is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of DevOps, deployment automation, and security best practices
