We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of freight brokerage experience and a strong understanding of the U.S. logistics industry.
Please note: This position is strictly for experienced Freight Brokers. Candidates with only dispatch experience are not eligible for this role.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
- Source and book loads efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve any issues related to freight movement.
- Meet daily and monthly brokerage targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of load boards and freight brokerage operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
