Job Title: ERPNext Functional Consultant Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant Lead with 7–10 years of expertise in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and ERPNext functional consulting. The candidate will be responsible for leading ERPNext implementation projects, understanding client business requirements, configuring ERPNext modules, and ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ERPNext functional implementation projects across multiple business domains
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients
Configure and customize ERPNext modules based on organizational processes and operational needs
Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design workshops
Manage implementation of ERPNext modules such as Accounts, HR, Payroll, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Projects
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, workflows, and report development
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flow diagrams, SOPs, and user manuals
Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation of implemented solutions
Train end users, provide functional support, and ensure smooth system adoption
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend ERP best practices
Support data migration, master data setup, and system configuration activities
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective business solutions
Mentor junior consultants and guide project teams during implementation phases
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext functional consulting and implementation
Deep understanding of ERP business processes and workflow management
Experience with ERPNext modules including Finance, HRMS, CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Procurement
Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution documentation
Familiarity with ERPNext customization capabilities, workflows, roles, and permissions
Understanding of data migration, report generation, and system configuration
Ability to coordinate with technical teams for customization and integration requirements
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SQL queries and ERP reporting concepts is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Com / BBA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
ERPNext / Functional ERP Certification (preferred)
Experience working in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or service industries is an advantage

Note: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Nashik will be preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
