Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and tracking. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage project data, reports, and timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and maintain project schedules.
- Prepare and update project reports, MIS, dashboards, and documentation.
- Manage project-related data using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and monitor action items.
- Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies, and escalate them when required.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely reporting.
- Support project managers in planning, execution, and project closure activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, MIS Reporting).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO Support, Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
