Job Title: Property Caretaker

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skill & Experience)
Job Summary:
Ohstayz is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Property Caretaker to oversee the day-to- day upkeep and guest service of our holiday homes. The caretaker will ensure that the property is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for guests while providing a friendly and helpful experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the property (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas).
- Carry out housekeeping tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, and linen changes.
- Inspect and ensure all amenities, appliances, and utilities are in working condition.
- Report and coordinate any maintenance issues promptly.
- Welcome guests on arrival, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide a warm and professional greeting.
- Respond to guest queries and service requests promptly and politely.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest essentials.
- Ensure property security and safety at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping, caretaking, or hospitality is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a hospitable personality.
- Ability to handle cleaning and basic property upkeep efficiently.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours based on guest schedules.
- Basic maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
