Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Student Counsellor to manage student inquiries and convert leads into admissions. The primary focus of this role is lead conversion through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with prospective students
- Convert leads into admissions through regular follow-ups
- Clearly explain course details and guide students through the admission process
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets
- Coordinate with the team for smooth onboarding of students
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer interaction preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable handling student conversations
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
