- Create Detailed Drawings: Prepare accurate architectural, structural, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman with real estate experience, strong AutoCAD proficiency, and municipal liaisoning expertise. You will create precise architectural drawings and navigate regulatory approval processes.
Key Responsibilities
·Modify Plans: Update existing blueprints based on site feedback and design revisions.
- Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with local municipal corporations and government bodies for plan approvals.
- Document Preparation: Compile and submit necessary documentation, forms, and drawings for building sanctions.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that all blueprints comply with local building bylaws and zoning regulations.
- Site Verification: Visit project sites to take measurements and ensure construction aligns with approved plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and drafting standards.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of drafting experience specifically within the real estate or construction sector.
- Liaison Knowledge: Proven track record of handling building sanctions, commencement certificates, and occupancy certificates.
- Bylaw Familiarity: Deep understanding of local Development Control Regulations (DCR) and building codes.
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI Draughtsman (Civil), or a related certification.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
