The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with The Magnus Hotel’s service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a polite and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverage options, and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and hygiene standards.
- Ensure tables are set properly before service and cleared efficiently after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and work areas at all times.
- Follow hotel policies related to hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
- Assist in banquet and event service as and when required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits through attentive service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant is an added advantage.

Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
