Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Assistant to support daily store operations, inventory management, and material handling activities. The candidate will ensure accurate stock records and timely issuance and receipt of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store materials properly.
Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain stock records.
Update inward and outward entries in ERP/Excel.
Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory checks.
Maintain proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments for material requirements.
Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
Follow company safety and inventory control procedures.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle materials and maintain records efficiently.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems or inventory software.
Knowledge of stock auditing and documentation.

Pay: ₹250,000.25 - ₹300,000.25 per year
