The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within IT service management platforms.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify issues.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in service management.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
