Train sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Conduct product presentations, mock calls, and role-play sessions.
Improve communication, customer handling, follow-up, and closing skills.
Train team members on lead management and CRM updates.
Identify training needs and support sales performance improvement.
Coordinate with sales managers to implement regular training plans.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training or sales.
Good communication skills in English; Tamil is preferred.
Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
Knowledge of B2B sales and customer handling will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, and Excel.
Willingness to travel for training sessions and customer visits when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
