Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead student admissions, institutional tie-ups, and employer relations. The role involves sales planning, marketing coordination, relationship management, and administrative oversight.
1. Sales & Admissions
- Lead student enrolment for courses and training programs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Counsel students and parents regarding course offerings
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, follow-ups, and closures
2. Marketing & Promotion
- Coordinate with digital marketing and offline marketing teams
- Plan and execute outreach activities (seminars, school/college visits, career camps)
- Support content ideas for social media promotions and campaigns
- Track and analyse lead conversion performance
3. Employer & Institutional Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, HR teams, and industry partners
- Coordinate placement opportunities, internships, and sponsored programs
- Act as the primary contact point for employer communication
4. Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain admission records, lead data, and employer databases
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation

Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or admissions
- Prior experience in education/training institutes is highly preferred
- Experience handling employer relations or corporate tie-ups is a plus
