POSITION :MEP Engineer
Age: 25–35 Years
License: UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Design MEP systems for spa and wellness facilities.
- Prepare engineering calculations and technical designs.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Select and size MEP equipment.
- Supervise MEP installation works on-site.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of systems.
- Support procurement with technical evaluations.
- Provide after-sales technical and maintenance support.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure QA/QC standards and site safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of MEP experience (Spa/Pool/HVAC preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Familiar with UAE authority regulations and approvals.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects is an advantage.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
