About the Role
Learn4Exam is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students for CAT, IPMAT, CUET, XAT, NMAT, SNAP, CMAT, and other aptitude-based courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain enquiry and admission records.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring excellent student support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Experience in education counselling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
