As we scale, we are looking for a strong HR leader who can independently build, manage, and structure the entire HR function.
Role Summary
We are seeking a confident and responsible HR Head / HR Lead with minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience who can independently manage HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and performance systems.
This is not a support role — this is a leadership position requiring ownership, decision-making ability, and system-building mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Leadership & System Building
- Independently manage the HR department and operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Build structured HR processes suitable for a growing organization
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout)
- Conduct interviews and structured candidate assessments
- Design and execute onboarding processes
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
- Maintain employee documentation and audit-ready records
- Ensure compliance alignment in an education/startup environment
4. Performance Management
- Implement KPI and performance tracking systems
- Conduct performance reviews and probation confirmations
- Support leadership in workforce planning and manpower strategy
5. Employee Engagement & Discipline
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain a structured, performance-driven culture
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 2 years of HR experience
✔ MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
✔ Experience in Education, EdTech, or Startup environment is an advantage
✔ Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
