Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tender Filing Expert who can independently manage the complete tendering process for Government Infrastructure Projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience in filing tenders through GeM, CPPP, NHAI, Haryana e-Procurement and other Government e-Tendering portals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Search & Analysis
- Search and identify suitable tenders from NHAI, Haryana and Rajasthan e-Procurement, PWD, Irrigation, PHED, Railways, CPWD and other Government portals.
- Study Notice Inviting Tender (NIT), BOQ, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
Complete Tender Filing
- Prepare and submit complete Technical & Financial Bids.
- Upload documents on Government e-Tender portals.
- Handle DSC, eToken and digital bid submission.
- Ensure error-free and timely submission of tenders.

- Undertakings
- Declarations
- Joint Venture Documents (where applicable)

- Financial Documents
- Solvency Certificates
- Work Orders & Completion Certificates
Banking & Finance Coordination
- Coordinate with Banks for:
- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
- Bid Security
- Bank Guarantee (BG)
- Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG)
- Additional Performance Security
- BG Amendments & Renewals
Department Coordination
- Coordinate with Government Departments for tender clarifications.
- Draft replies to departmental queries and notices.
- Coordinate with Finance, Projects, Legal and Management teams.
Contract & Commercial Review
- Review GCC, SCC, Special Conditions, Payment Terms, Price Adjustment Clauses, Liquidated Damages, Arbitration Clauses and Contract Conditions.
- Highlight commercial and legal risks before bid submission.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Government Tender Filing.
- Excellent knowledge of GeM, CPPP and State e-Tender Portals.
- Experience in NHAI, PWD, Irrigation, PHED and EPC Projects.
- Good understanding of BOQ, Contract Conditions and Eligibility Criteria.
- Excellent documentation and drafting skills.
- Good knowledge of Bank Guarantees, EMD and Tender Banking Processes.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PDF Editing and Digital Signatures.
Qualification
Graduate / B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) / MBA / B.Com or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Government Tender Filing for Infrastructure/EPC/Construction Companies.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates having experience in Roads, Highways, Bridges, Irrigation, Canal, Water Supply, Buildings and Government Infrastructure Projects will be given preference.
