We are a Women & Child Specialty Clinic offering Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and a multidisciplinary Child Development Center (CDC) providing Developmental Consultations, Assessments, Clinical Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Audiology, Parent Counseling, and Rehabilitation Services.
Role Summary
We are looking for an organized, patient-focused, and proactive Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and Child Development Center. The role involves coordinating doctors, therapists, front office teams, parents, and management to ensure smooth operations, excellent patient experience, efficient scheduling, documentation, billing, reporting, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall clinic and CDC operations, patient flow, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate schedules for doctors, therapists, assessments, consultations, and therapy sessions.
- Track referrals, assessments, therapy enrollments, and patient conversions.
- Monitor therapy attendance, reduce no-shows, and ensure continuity of care.
- Act as the primary contact for parent/patient concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee assessment workflows, report submissions, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, therapy notes, and referral documents.
- Audit billing, collections, therapy packages, and pending payments.
- Monitor therapy progress reporting and communication with parents.
- Supervise pharmacy and consumable inventory, stock audits, and procurement coordination.
- Prepare Daily MIS, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering consultations, assessments, therapy sessions, revenue, conversions, collections, feedback, and inventory.
- Supervise front office and support staff, ensuring discipline, accountability, and effective teamwork.
- Support patient retention, therapy renewals, outreach programs, and business growth initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Patient satisfaction, referral conversions, therapy attendance, report turnaround time, billing accuracy, collections, inventory compliance, documentation quality, scheduling efficiency, and team coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- Preferred: Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinic administration, hospital coordination, therapy centers, rehabilitation, pediatrics, or child development services preferred.
