- Preparing and maintaining financial records
- Recording sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing invoices and processing payments
- Reconciling bank statements
- Assisting with GST/VAT, tax, and payroll (depending on the organization)
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Skills required:
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books)
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/MCOM), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting or finance (Freshers can also apply, if applicable).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and meet deadlines.
