Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication & Presentation
- Attend client meetings and understand event requirements
- Present event concepts and ideas in a clear and professional manner
- Communicate confidently with corporate clients (verbal and written)
- Support in delivering structured presentations (PPTs)
2. Requirement Understanding & Planning Support
- Gather and document client requirements in detail
- Coordinate with internal teams to align event ideas with client expectations
- Assist in developing event flow and basic planning inputs
3. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with creative, design, and production teams
- Ensure smooth communication between client and execution teams
- Support in preparing presentation materials and event briefs
4. Client Handling Support
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients during pre-event stage
- Maintain clear communication with clients for updates and clarifications
- Ensure timely follow-ups for approvals and feedback
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of client discussions and requirements
- Prepare meeting notes and basic presentation documents
- Support in organizing client-related information for internal use
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Presentation skills: 1 year (Preferred)
