Dedicated to delivering top-tier vehicle care, we specialize in comprehensive periodic servicing, advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics, AC repair, and body shop solutions. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Service Manager to lead our workshop team and maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Workshop & Operations Management:
Oversee daily floor operations, optimize bay utilization, streamline vehicle workflow, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and supervise service advisors, technicians, workshop staff, and quality inspectors to foster a high-performance working environment.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT):
Address customer inquiries and escalations promptly, build strong customer trust, and maintain high Maruti Suzuki service standard ratings.
Service Productivity & Revenue:
Drive daily service throughput, target upselling of authorized value-added services, and monitor monthly target execution.
Quality Assurance & Standards:
Enforce strict adherence to Maruti Suzuki repair guidelines, diagnostic protocols, workshop safety, and final inspection checks.
Parts & Inventory Oversight:
Coordinate closely with the spare parts department to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent service delays.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor in an authorized automobile dealership/service center (Maruti Suzuki experience is highly preferred).
Technical Expertise: Sound technical knowledge of modern automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and maintenance standards.
Management Skills: Strong leadership, operational control, and problem-solving abilities.
Software Skills: Hands-on experience with dealer management systems (DMS), service scheduling tools, and MS Excel.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
