Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Fine Arts lessons (drawing, painting, craft, etc.) aligned with curriculum guidelines.
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and aesthetic development among students.
- Develop lesson plans, art projects, and teaching aids to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance through practical assignments, projects, and participation.
- Maintain student portfolios showcasing artistic progress.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of art materials and resources.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and creative classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary activities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA / MFA) or relevant field.
- B.Ed. preferred (for formal school setting).
- 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with strong skills may be considered).
Pay: ₹30,000.55 - ₹40,000.62 per month
