Shift: [Night shift IST 6:00pm - 3:00am]Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated AR Caller with 1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will be responsible for following up on unpaid insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims via calls or payer portals.
- Analyse and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Work on aging reports to reduce AR days and improve collections.
- Identify root causes of claim delays and take corrective action.
- Document call outcomes and update claim status accurately in the billing system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (coding, billing, and QA) for claim corrections.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM process.
- Knowledge of Denial Management, Appeals, and AR Follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and medical terminology.
- Experience working with major insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing tools.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Preferred: Life Science / Commerce background).
- 1–2 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (if required).
