We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team at the Calicut office.
Position: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Calicut (Kozhikode)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR reports
- Manage employee relations and support HR operations
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits
- Handle office administration and daily operational activities
- Liaise with government departments and ensure compliance requirements
- Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR & Administration role
- Good knowledge of HR practices and office administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems
