Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, experienced, and responsible Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in managing café or restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the café.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate the café staff to ensure efficient performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety as per company guidelines.
- Monitor food preparation, service quality, and presentation.
- Manage staff duty rosters, attendance, and shift planning.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or wastage.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory management.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Train new employees and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain a positive work environment and ensure smooth coordination among team members.
- Take responsibility for achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and basic computer operations is mandatory.
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
