We are looking for an experienced UKG WFM Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions/Kronos). The ideal candidate should have experience in UKG configuration, implementation, support, and working with business users to deliver effective WFM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support UKG WFM modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into UKG functional solutions.
- Configure Pay Policies, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accrual Profiles, and Attendance Policies.
- Configure Hyperfinds, Genies, Dataviews, and Manager/Supervisor access.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Analyze production issues and provide functional recommendations.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
- Prepare functional documentation and support deployment activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions/Kronos).
- Strong understanding of UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules.
- Experience in Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, and Attendance configurations.
- Experience with UKG implementation and production support.
- Knowledge of Workforce Central/Dimensions configuration.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with global clients.
- Knowledge of UKG Reporting, Dataviews, and Business Processes.
- Experience supporting UKG upgrades and enhancements.
