Role Overview
As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Operations Head, Operations
Manager, and Senior Operations Analyst to support end-to-end operational
initiatives—primarily focused on vehicle maintenance. This role is critical in supporting
data-driven decision-making and process optimization with a direct impact on business
results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize vehicle-related operational data.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Document process flows and generate insights from data analysis.
- Support the operations team in executing strategic and on-ground initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
