We are Hiring Production In-Charge (Trailer Manufacturing)
Location: Africa
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily shop-floor operations: cutting, fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing.
Manage manpower, allocate tasks to welders and fabricators, and monitor daily productivity.
Ensure manufacturing strictly adheres to approved engineering drawings and quality specifications.
Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Stores, and Maintenance to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
Minimize material wastage, rework, and equipment downtime.
Enforce strict shop-floor safety, organization, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain daily production, progress, and manpower reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
Preferred Experience:
Direct experience manufacturing semi-trailers, flatbed, low-bed, tanker, tipper, or container trailers.
