Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products
- Assess client's financial needs and recommend appropriate gold loan solutions
- Assist clients with the application process, document submission, and loan disbursement
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other banking products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach
- Demonstrated understanding of gold loan products, policies, and regulations
