Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive - HR (Hiring) with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition for EPC, cooling tower, manufacturing, factory, and plant-based organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical, engineering, project, and operational manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
· Handle hiring for EPC projects, manufacturing plants, factories, and cooling tower industries.
· Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with project/plant/department heads.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, references, and other channels.
· Screen and shortlist candidates for technical, engineering, project, production, quality, maintenance, and support functions.
· Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and management-level interviews.
· Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
· Handle bulk hiring requirements for plant and project manpower.
· Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
· Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
· Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
· Support employer branding and recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
· Experience in EPC, Cooling Tower, Engineering, Manufacturing, Factory, or Plant environment is mandatory.
· Strong experience in hiring technical and non-technical manpower.
· Good knowledge of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Experience hiring for engineering, project execution, production, maintenance, and plant operations roles.
· Strong understanding of industrial/manufacturing workforce requirements.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced project and factory environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
