About the Role
Are you passionate about technology, smart gadgets, and sales? We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in luxury technology sales while learning about home automation, IoT solutions, and premium smart living. You'll work closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and our technical team to deliver innovative automation solutions across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Visit residential construction and renovation sites to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Business Development: Connect with architects, interior designers, contractors, and site supervisors to introduce our smart home solutions and schedule product demonstrations.
- Client Demonstrations: Welcome walk-in customers and conduct engaging product presentations at our Smart Home Experience Centre in Vashi.
- Site Visits: Assist senior technical engineers during site surveys to understand floor plans, automation requirements, and installation planning.
- Proposal Support: Prepare quotations, basic commercial proposals, and Bills of Materials (BoMs) with guidance from the sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and channel partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
Eligibility & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development. Experience in electronics, consumer appliances, lighting, interiors, electrical products, or field sales is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline. A Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in smart home technology, IoT devices, home automation, Alexa, Google Home, and connected living solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, confident, and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to field sales.
- Proficiency in spoken Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence for regular travel across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
